I have found a property I want, what now?

| Your application forms will then be processed. You can expect a decision to be made within 5 working days, subject to fully completed application forms and all references being received. | |||||||||||||||||

Once all of the relevant references have been received and the Landlord has accepted your application, we will in writing confirm all tenancy details. You will be required to come into the office on your intended move in date to sign the tenancy agreement and pay the remaining balance. A breakdown of what you will be expected to pay is below:

The above balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of your move in. It can be paid by bankers draft, building society cheque, personal cheque (allow 10 working days for this to clear) bank transfer please check with your bank to ensure we will receive the funds by your move in date) or debit or credit card (2.5% charge). We do not accept cash in this instance. |

It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are adequately insured against loss or damage. Unless you provide us with a valid certificate of insurance or confirmation of a policy purchased prior to your move in date then this cost will be added to your invoice. |

If you become a tenant of one of our properties your security deposit will be protected by The Dispute Service, unless you are told otherwise. You will receive details of this when you sign your tenancy agreement. Our Assured Shorthold Tenancies will usually be for a minimum of six months, unless it has been negotiated otherwise. Rent must be paid monthly by standing order |
