Rent and Legal protection
As a professional Lettings Agent it is our policy to provide Landlords with a service
that will give peace of mind and a trouble free tenancy and whilst every precaution
is taken, even the most exemplary individuals may default on paying the rent due
to redundancy, marital breakdown or illness.
As such we offer all Landlords a safeguard against unforeseen losses with our unique
Rentsafe Plus protection scheme which will guarantee your rental income and provide
you with cover should you incur any legal expenses.
The cost of the Rentsafe scheme is only 3% of your monthly rent - a small price
to pay for total peace of mind.
Please note - there is no excess to pay on this scheme and no waiting to get paid!
Rentsafe Plus covers:
- Loss of rent following breach of Tenancy until vacant possession is obtained.
- Legal Costs and Advice from specialist solicitor following breach of Tenancy.
- Maximum limit of cover under any one Tenancy agreement is £7500
- Maximum limit for rent under any one tenancy Agreement is £1250.00 per month
and 6 monthly payments.
Legal protection only
If you wish to protect yourself against legal expenses only, the scheme can provide
cover up to a maximum of £3500.00 with no excess to pay. The cost for this
protection is just £7.50 per month.
