We want to become the UK’s largest Independent Letting Agent and our Customer Charter is key to achieving this. As our customers, we commit to you as we provide the services you want and need. Everything in our Customer Charter is based on those things that you have told us are important, and we are committed to providing them.
We don’t expect to achieve everything immediately and we understand that over time things that are important to you may change, our Customer Charter commitments will be regularly reviewed to make sure that everything we are doing stays relevant to you and the Lettings industry.

- Contact you at least once every two weeks with feedback from viewings
- Return your calls as soon as is possible and reply to your emails promptly
- Be available to take your calls from 9am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm on Saturdays
- Ensure that when you visit our offices that you are welcomed immediately
- Record compliments, comments and constructive criticism and use accordingly to review and improve our services
