A £200.00 non-refundable holding fee must be placed in order to secure the property. This can be paid by bankers draft, building society cheque, (please take out personal chq) cash or debit or credit card (2.5% charge). This payment will be credited against your initial invoice prior to moving in. If the forms are not returned within this time we reserve the right to put the property back on the market.
Your application forms will then be processed. You can expect a decision to be made within 5 working days, subject to fully completed application forms and all references being received.
